House Flipper: Home Design is the mobile chapter of PlayWay’s renovation simulator series. Where the original PC release leaned into a gritty, work-glove fantasy of demolition and resale, the mobile build folds that loop into a tighter design-led experience. You buy a derelict property, gut it, replan the layout, and dress every room with real furniture from licensed catalogues. The result reads as half sim, half interior-design playground.

The gameplay loop is forgiving by mobile-genre standards. There is no failure state in the core renovation flow; the only currency is time and the in-game cash you earn from staging completed houses. Each property gives you blueprints, a budget, and a brief that signals what the eventual buyer wants, then leaves you to interpret it. A studio apartment in a city block gets a different finishing pass than a suburban family home.
