What is Zombie Catchers
Zombie Catchers is a casual action and management hybrid from Deca Games, originally built by Two Men and a Dog. The premise is set on a future Earth overrun by zombies, where two extraterrestrial entrepreneurs run a small business catching the undead and processing them into bottled juice. The catching half of the loop plays as a sidescrolling skill game with harpoons, traps, jetpacks, and lures. The selling half is a tycoon-style upgrade tree where you reinvest profits in better gear, a faster jetpack, and a wider product range.
The art style is cartoon-bright and colorful rather than gory. Each zombie type has a distinct silhouette and a different catching trick, so progress depends on reading the level before you throw a harpoon. There are boss zombies, ranked tiers, and offline progression that ticks while the app is closed.
The free version of the official app uses two currencies. Coins come from sales and pay for routine upgrades.
