Open-world street racing in Sunset City. Drift the canyons, sprint the highways, and stack a 40-plus car garage with unlimited credits, gold, and every showroom car unlocked the moment you first launch.
What is CarX Street
CarX Street is an open-world racer from CarX Technologies, the studio behind CarX Drift Racing 2. It drops you into Sunset City, a made-up coastal map roughly the size of a small island. You race the highways, slide through the mountain passes, and tune your cars from a real garage instead of a flat menu. The physics engine here is the same one the studio has been sharpening since 2014, now wrapped around a free-roam map with live traffic, a day-night cycle, and weather that shifts on you.
Two race types share the map. Sprint and circuit events reward grip tunes and tight gearing. Drift events open up the slip angle so you can link corners together for a bigger score. Career mode runs through four club rivalries, and each one closes on a boss race that opens the next district. The hardest events sit in the canyon north of the city, where nailing the corner exit beats raw top speed every single time.
The official game installs for free, with optional in-app purchases for premium cars, gold, and tuning parts you would otherwise grind hours to earn. The modded build on this page skips that grind. It hands you the full car list, the full tuning catalog, and the canyon-tier rewards from your first session on.

What this mod offers
The modified build of CarX Street 1.19.0 pulls out the soft paywall that locks the back half of the car list and the canyon-tier upgrade parts. The race physics, the world map, and the AI all stay put. Only the economy and the unlock order change.
- Unlimited credits.
Your credit balance never drops when you buy a car, grab a part, or pay for a repair. Buy whatever you want the second the slot opens up.
- Unlimited gold.
Gold is the premium currency you would normally pay real money for. In this build, spending it leaves your balance untouched.
- All cars unlocked.
Every car in the showroom is yours from the first session, boss-race exclusives and limited-event cars included.
- Full tuning catalog unlocked.
The endgame parts sit ready in the garage from your first visit: canyon-tier engines, race ECUs, sequential gearboxes, all of it.
- Unlimited XP gain.
Your player level climbs a lot faster, so event types and tuning slots open up earlier in the career run.
- No upsell screens.
The pop-up offers that fire after a lost race, and at the start of each new event series, are gone.
How to install
CarX Street is a big download. The APK carries the heavy texture and audio files, so check your free storage before you kick off the install.
- Free up storage first
Plan for roughly 5 GB free during install, since the file has to download and then unpack. Clear out old games and downloads first, or the installer can stall halfway through.
- Download the APK file
Tap the download button on this page. The file lands in your default Downloads folder. It runs about 2.4 GB, so give it some time on a slow connection.
- Allow installs from this source
Open Settings, search for
Install unknown apps, pick your file manager or browser, and flip the permission on for that one app. - Open the APK
Tap the file in Downloads. Android's package installer opens and lists the permissions it wants. Tap Install and let the progress bar run all the way to the end.
- First-run setup
Launch CarX Street. Skip the sign-in prompt if you do not have a CarX account, since the modded build runs offline. Pick a starter car from the garage and roll out to the first event.

What is new in version 1.19.0
- Added six new tuning parts for the canyon-tier upgrade path.
- Adjusted weight transfer model on the heavier muscle cars; rear-end is more predictable on corner exit.
- New seasonal event series in the docks district with limited-time rewards.
- Performance fixes for low-end devices; frame pacing on Snapdragon 7-series chipsets is smoother.
- Audio rebalance: tire-on-asphalt and wind noise pulled forward in the mix during drift events.

Frequently asked
- Is CarX Street free to play?
- The official CarX Street app on Google Play is free to install with optional in-app purchases for premium cars, gold currency, and accelerated tuning parts. The modded build on this page is free and bypasses those purchases by setting the credit and gold balances to unlimited.
- How is the modded version different from the official one?
- The race physics, the Sunset City map, and the career structure are unchanged. The modded build alters only the economy: credits and gold do not decrement on spend, every car in the showroom is unlocked, and the full tuning catalog is available from the start. Online ranked play is disabled on the modded build.
- How big is the download?
- CarX Street 1.19.0 is about 2.19 GB. Plan for around 5 GB of free storage during install to give Android room to unpack the texture and audio assets. Once installed, the app reclaims some of that space.
- What Android version do I need?
- CarX Street requires Android 10 (API 29) or higher, and an arm64-v8a chipset. The game runs best on a Snapdragon 7-series or 8-series device; older mid-range phones can hold 30 fps at the lowest preset.
- Can I sync progress with the official version?
- No. The modded build runs offline and does not share save data with the Play Store install. If you want to keep online ranked progress, use the official version from Google Play; if you want to evaluate the full car list without grinding, use the modded build.
