What is Shadow of Death
Shadow of Death: Dark Knight is a hack-and-slash RPG built around fast stickman combat. You pick one of four shadow knights, each with its own fighting style, and fight through dark fantasy chapters against shadow legions, mini-bosses, and oversized end bosses. Winning takes dodging, timed combos, and skill rotations. Button mashing gets you killed.
For most players the pull is the loot and how deep the builds go. Every chapter drops armor pieces, weapons, and soul orbs that feed a long upgrade tree, so one knight can be specced for raw damage, for survivability, or for clearing crowds. The game runs fully offline, which makes it easy on commutes, flights, and anywhere the connection is shaky.
The base game is free, with in-app purchases for crystals. Crystals are the premium currency that speeds up gear upgrades and unlocks the rarer armor sets. In the unmodded version progress is steady but slows to a crawl in the later chapters, and that is exactly where the modded build below picks up the pace.
A look at the game
Each fight fills the screen with shadow enemies while your knight chains light and heavy attacks. The three frames above show a boss closing in, a mid-fight skill burst, and the armor screen where the crystal-gated sets normally sit behind a paywall.

How to install
- Download the APK file
Tap the download button on this page. The 217 MB file lands in your default Downloads folder.
- Allow installs from this source
Open Settings, search for
Install unknown apps, find your browser or file manager, and switch the permission on. - Open the downloaded APK

Confirm and watch the progress bar. The file is large, so give it a moment on slower phones.
