A fan-built Android port of Valve's co-op zombie shooter. Four survivors, five campaigns, and the whole Southern apocalypse from Savannah to New Orleans, repacked to run on phones and tablets.
What this port is
Left 4 Dead 2 started out as a Valve PC shooter, and Valve never put out an official Android version. This is a fan port. A community developer, Jersson Gomez, rebuilt the game so it runs on phones and tablets. It is not on Google Play and it is not published or backed by Valve, so think of it as a hobbyist project, not a finished store app.
The hook is the same one that made the original a co-op favorite. You play one of four survivors clawing through a zombie outbreak across five campaigns, from the Savannah rooftops down through swamps and graveyards to New Orleans. Special infected keep breaking up the horde, and the game cranks the pressure up or down based on how your group is holding together.
There is no Play Store listing, so the install needs an APK plus an OBB data package that you drop into place yourself. What you get for the trouble is a touch-controlled take on a full console-grade shooter that most Android players cannot get any other way.

What you get
The port tries to carry the desktop feature set over instead of stripping it down for mobile. Here is what makes the jump from the original game.
- Five full campaigns.
The full Southern run, from Dead Center in Savannah to The Parish in New Orleans, with the connected map sequences left intact.
- The full weapon arsenal.
Shotguns, assault rifles, melee gear, throwables, and the medkits and pills that keep a team standing between safe rooms.
- Special infected.
Boomer, Smoker, Hunter, Charger, and the rest turn up to scatter your formation and force everyone to cover each other.
- Co-op survival pacing.
The game pushes the horde harder or eases off depending on your group's health and ammo. It is the dynamic difficulty that defined the series.
- Touch controls.
Move, aim, fire, and switch weapons through on-screen controls laid out for a phone or tablet.
- No store account needed.
Sideloaded straight onto the device, so it runs in places where the PC game was never an option.
